Jack Foley is the most successful bank robber in the history of the country. In two decades, he has robbed more banks than anyone in the FBI´s computer. The only problem is that he keeps getting caught. A 3-time loser, looking at over 30 years of jail time, he is determined to get out and stay out.

But on the day he busts out of jail, he finds himsel stealing something far more precious than money or diamonds -- the heart of Karen Sisco, a Federal Marshal.
